The website product registration form may create a pending order without collecting a payment. Payment amount Review the product, billing type, taxes if applicable, and total amount shown in the order or payment request before authorising payment. Do not pay an amount or account that you cannot verify as an official Pintakan Ventures payment channel. Processing Where a third-party payment provider is used, it processes the transaction under its own applicable terms and security practices. Payment success is subject to confirmation from the provider and reconciliation in our records. An attempted or debited payment is not necessarily a confirmed order until its status is verified. Safety Never share an OTP, PIN, password or full card details with a person claiming to assist with a transaction. Report any suspicious payment request through our homepage Contact Us section. Failed, pending or duplicate payment Provide the order number, transaction reference, amount and date so we can investigate. Do not make repeated payments while an earlier transaction remains unresolved without checking its status. Refunds and disputes Approved refunds follow the Refund Policy and the payment method’s processing rules.
