Pintakan Ventures Refund Policy
This policy explains how we review refund requests for software and digital services. The product description, invoice, order confirmation and any signed agreement may set out terms specific to a purchase.
Before payment
A pending order created through the website registration form is not a successful payment. No refund is required for an amount that we have not received.
Requesting a refund
If you believe a payment was duplicated, made in error, or a confirmed service was not supplied as agreed, contact us through the homepage Contact Us section. Provide the order number, payment reference, date, amount and a short explanation. Do not send a full card number, PIN, OTP or password.
Review
We will check the payment status, agreed scope, work already completed, third-party charges and the reason for the request. Any applicable refund will be communicated after review. A refund request is not automatically rejected merely because work has started; the decision depends on the agreement, circumstances and applicable law.
Approved refunds
An approved refund is ordinarily returned through the original payment method or another agreed lawful method. The time for the credit to appear can depend on the bank or payment provider. We will share the relevant transaction reference when available.
Failed or duplicate transactions
If money was debited but our system did not mark a payment successful, contact us with the transaction reference so it can be reconciled. A failed transaction may also be reversed by the payment provider or bank.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
